Brian has over 40 years’ experience focused on market segment creation and business development, coupled with account management and sales generation, within blue chip companies such as PepsiCo, Rowe’s Bakery and, most recently, as a Corporate Sales Manager at LCM Environmental.
At LCM, he was given a blank canvas and the challenge of simply growing the company’s turnover, in which he proved to be extremely successful. Brian developed key sales growth strategies incorporating field based and telesales sales personnel, with key skills of sales analysis, business development, sales plans for growth, relationship building, training, mentoring, and increasing sales using account specific growth plans.
During the past four years, Brian has gained a significant amount of knowledge and experience within the oil industry and related sectors, also developing a significant number of trusted relationships with key individuals and clients. Since joining REDS earlier this year, Brian’s role has been two-fold, launching the company and re-establishing the relationships built up over the past four years.
Brian has a unique skill set in analysis and development of client strategies. These are implemented to provide clients with a truly effective approach to their business and environmental challenges.
