Phil has worked in the finance sector for over a decade holding senior roles in accounting practice involving financial reporting, taxation advisory and business consultancy.
Prior to joining REDS group, Phil managed a finance team for an international retailer gaining great exposure to large scale process development and widely used financial controls.
