REDS Group undertakes CompEx Electrical Services, including installation, inspection, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems within hazardous and industrial environments.

Working in hazardous or explosive environments demands that engineers are properly qualified and operating in line with current legislation. Our electrical engineers hold CompEx 1–4 and 7–8, providing recognised guidance and competency validation for anyone working in hazardous conditions. Meeting these standards helps reduce the risk of accidents with potentially fatal consequences. CompEx assessments align with the requirements of the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) and the Explosive Atmospheres Directives (ATEX).
